1. All Sales Are Final
All sales of floral arrangements, bouquets, wedding displays, sympathy flowers, and other related products are final. Due to the perishable nature of our goods and the specialized care involved in creating each arrangement, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order is completed and payment is processed, it is considered final.
2. Nature of Perishable Goods
Our products are made with fresh, seasonal flowers and other perishable materials. Because these items are time-sensitive and cannot be restocked or resold once prepared, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been finalized.
3. Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction
We take great pride in the quality and artistry of our floral designs. If, upon receipt, you discover that your product does not meet the high standards promised, you must notify us immediately—within 24 hours of delivery. While we do not offer refunds, we will, at our sole discretion, work with you to remedy the situation by providing a replacement or an appropriate alternative. Any resolution provided does not constitute a refund but is offered as a measure to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Delivery, Pickup, and Timeliness
Our products are carefully prepared to be delivered or available for pickup on scheduled dates and times. Due to the nature of our business, any requests for order cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup. Changes made after this window may not be accommodated, and no refunds or credits will be issued as a result of such late modifications.
